Meeting Room Booking

  • Please make sure your student name, ID and email are correct.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon creation of a booking.
  • A maximum booking of 2 hours per day is possible per student.
  • Bookings may be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • You can cancel your booking with reception
  • You need to present your Student ID to reception 5 minutes before the booked start time.
  • You forgo your booking if the booked room is not occupied within 10 minutes of the booked start time.
